Title: vokera boiler fault
Post by dj-paul-c on Nov 15th, 2007, 11:31pm

hi,

my vokera linea 32he boiler is just newly installed,it ran ok for a day or so and is now showing a fault code 33 which says in the manual low fan rpm,

does anyone know what would cause that or is it just a case of getting a new fan fitted to the boiler

any help much appreciated

Newly installed means getting onto the installer or manufacturer

Low fan rpm probably means no fan rpm (eg it's stopped/broken).  Speak to the person you bought it from first. Don't let him fob you off with "speak to the manufacturer". He's the seller and it's his responsibility to sort it under sale of goods act at least for some poorly defined initial period (28 days?). Goods must be of "merchantable quality" and all that. In the electronics industry very early failures are called infant mortality. Might simply be a connector not fully mated at the factory that's quickly worked loose.
