Hi all

Is it possible to tile right over an existing ceramic tiled floor???

I have two friends who tile. One says not without laytex self levelling screed?? :-? And one who says yeas as long as you use the right adhesive???
Please help

Ps what tool do the tilers use to cut kitchen kick backs down with??
