So that's more prosecutions for fly-tipping than that for cowboy sparkys not filing jobs under Part p then.

Says it all really does it not.

I used to live in a village where fly tippers operated. Hardly a week would go past without a fridge or the remains of a kitchen appearing in the hedge. They didn't even leave it where it's easy to recover either. They would heave it right across the ditch into the hedge. Almost more work than taking it to the approved tip

A £750 fine isn't enough. Should be more like £5k and a week working with the recovery crew.
