I think a Live section should be added to this site, you could get answers to questions straight away, would be good!

If you want to man it 24/7 it's done :P

I think most users get a fairly quick reply to their question as it is at present, and for a free service to the public I think we do very well, thanks to the support of our regular members and moderating staff!
