Title: Re: Paint Sealer Post by woodsmith on Dec 20th, 2008, 2:32pm A gloss paint wouldn't normally need a protective coating, it is matt paint that marks easily. If you are finding the paint chips easily you could try coating a small area with a clear gloss varnish and see if that helps |
Title: Re: Paint Sealer Post by Zambezi on Dec 22nd, 2008, 10:49pm Or you could try going to a place that does spray paint for cars, they should sell something called Clearcoat. It is the stuff they spray over the coloured/metallic paint on most cars. |
