Title: Removing Marley tile adhesive from concrete floor. Post by Owlet on Nov 25th, 2009, 1:30pm Anyone got ant tips for getting the black bitumen type adhesive (which originally stuck Marley tile down) off a concrete floor? Its been combed on about a 1/16th thick and I'm told this must be removed before the ceramic tile adhesive can be applied. |

Mix pva with cement and sand till its a grey colour and creamy and use a roller to put it on the floor. The next day it should be sound to tile on after another coat of pva 5-1 to kill the suction, and away you go. |
