Is it possible to change the amount of time on this unit from the first contact opening in the EE zone and the alarm activating the siren and strobe? I'd like to reduce that time.

Yes, but you would need to know what the engineer code has been set to. Do you have this? If you do not have the engineer code, the panel would need to be defaulted back to the factory settings which would then mean re-programming everything.
