Title: Bath to Shower Converter
Post by amyea on Dec 18th, 2011, 6:40pm

Hi

I really ned some advice on my bath to shower converter:

http://s1238.photobucket.com/albums/ff481/amyea2/?action=view&current=IMG104.jpg

It'd broken and i want to remove it so that i can just use the bath.  A friend of mine said its as simple as removing the screw at the top and then taking the pipe off, but my boyfriends Dad said if i do that the water will spurt out of the top.

To have a bath at the moment i have to fill the bath using the shower which takes ages, and i really need the bath as i have medical problems which means that taking showers is difficult.  Can i remove this myself or do i need my landlord to call a plumber?

Thank you.

Can't see the photo at the moment. Says album is empty.

If it's a rented property the landlord should fix this for you.

CWatters is correct. If you have a landlord, then you must be renting. Just call your landlord and notify him or her about the problem. They should take care of things like this. Good luck with your bath and shower problem! Hopefully it gets fixed for you soon.
