I wonder if anyone can help me a customer of mine has gone into programming and used the disconnect extn feature and disconnected the main featurephone. How do i go back into programming and enable the main phone?

The only was is to use the PC programming tool - You need the Serial programming lead (usually left inside the CCU if BT installed, and the customer will usually have the CD-Rom).

There is no published 'backdoor' for the Versatility that has come into the public domain yet.
