Hi All

I have a BT versatility that has 2 departments, Sales and Lettings.

Sales has a DDI of 0161 111 1234 (for example) and this rings group 1 (Extension 201 - 204)
Lettings has a DDI of 0161 111 5678 and this rings group 2 (Extension 205-120)

Each extension has a DDI assigned to it which is for incoming calls.

What i would like to happen is, if extension 201 makes a call, it shows the DDI of the group she is in (so it should present 0161 111 1234) instead of their personal DDI

Is that possible? when i turn on Specific MSN/DDI it seems to show the DDI of the user, not the group

I don't believe you can tell the Versaitlity to send a specific number to the line. If you tell it NOT to send the DDI number, it will send the base line number.

Extensions > Send Specific DDI > uncheck the required extensions.
