Title: Replacing flush plate

Hi I am looking to replace the plastic flush plate with something silver and would like to know what might fit as a replacement. The flush has a split two button function on the front, basically a disc of two halves but only one cable on the back. The only make I can see says SAS. Could someone please suggest a suitable replacement considering the fitting on the rear.
Thanks in advance (see gallery)

Not seen that one, can you post some pics of the toilet and cistern, as they usuallly come as a package.

Is the pan mounted on a frame.

It's in the UAE but was looking to pick up something in the UK when back to replace it, works fine just want to change the finish, it is the same in 543 other apartments of Concorde Tower. The toilet is also original fitting and I have sourced as mentioned above as says ALA made in Italy, but the flush no luck on google. Just has s.a.s inside a square written as logo on front.

2 option I can think off.

1- Bring the part with you and see if you can match something in the showrooms.

2- Buy one you like and modify the boxing

I recently replaced my flush valve and discovered that the system used to connect the buttons to the valve varies from make to make. Mine was a dual flush pneumatic system with two pipes. I thought any button with two pipes would do but not so. It seems some makes send air down pipe "A or B"  while other use an "A or Both" scheme. Needless to say the new flush I had wouldn't work with the existing buttons.

I suspect different systems may also exist for cable operated? So unless you can find exactly the same make you may have to change both the buttons and the flush valve.
