Title: 3 extra twin sockets on a single spur
Post by Jackofall on Jan 24th, 2015, 7:18pm

Hi guys.

I am looking at running 3 double sockets on a single spur from an existing ring socket.
I know this cant be done (limit of one) but with a 13A FCU straight after the ring socket would this be ok?

Basically as per attached pic.
I will be running a tv, and audio/hifi equipment from these.
Would this work?

That's fine, yes.  You could have three cables in the socket below the TV, rather looping up and down to the TV

That was my next question,

I was pretty sure this was ok, as it's just basically replicating a x4 or 6 trailing socket extension with a 13a plug, but best to get it confirmed.

Many Thanks.
