I am currently purchasing Polypipe brand solvent weld waste water fittings and pipe in 50mm in black.
I use quite a lot of these and although polypipe have the best selection for my needs the price is high for this brand and want to know if it is compatible with other brands in the same size.
The fittings look the same in the catalogs so it seems quite likely and as this size is not used by so many as the smaller sizes it seems likely they all keep to the same size.
Anyone who can reply who know their fittings well would be really appreciated.
If you also supply these brands there is a chance to supply me to.

Hi, All Solvent weld waste pipe is compatible, however not all brands are the same size.

If you gently heat the larger size you can form a socket over the smaller pipe and solvent weld it to fit.

Assume you are buying from plumbcenter talk to the manager about prices and negotiate discounts.
