Title: Any limitations building in my lean-to??? Post by rcallcut on Sep 24th, 2015, 2:31pm I'm moving into a house with a wooden lean-to on the side. This has a polycarbonate roof and appears to be solidly built. I would like to install a toilet/shower room and a utility room within this structure. I assume that this will technically be an out-building, but I want to make it feel as much like part of the house as possible. Do I have any restrictions/limitations if I wanted to change the external door that goes through into the lean-to? Any other restrictions regarding water, drainage, heating, electrics etc going out there? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks |
