Title: Condensation Control Unit Mr Venty Piv System Post by YorkieJohn on Jan 19th, 2016, 8:23pm Condensation Control Unit Mr Venty Piv System 'Eco-Loft' Positive Input Ventilation System - PIV Loft Mounted If anybody has one of thes units I would be grateful for advice on the following questions On the above unit there is a setting for the temperature status of above 25 degrees , above 19 degrees , and below 19 degrees . What do those settings mean ? Also a lot of people criticise these units for blowing cold air out into the area where it is installed , does the heater on them make a noticeable difference to prevent that ? |
Title: Re: Condensation Control Unit Mr Venty Piv System Post by Lectrician on Jan 19th, 2016, 9:05pm Below 19° is standard air flow, above 19° it increases the air flow by 10%. Above 25°, the diverter operates to bring in air from outside, not the loft. That's how I read it anyway! http://www.envirovent.com/product-downloads/ECO2_units_combined_user_guide_V3_LR.pdf http://www.envirovent.com/product-downloads/ECO2_loft_and_Twin_install_guide_V4_LR.pdf |
