Hi , I am unfamiliar with the above system and would appreciate any help .
The customer has 3 analogue lines working and wants to have a 4th added . I've had a look online at the install manual , but very limited program info . Looking at the system / nttp , I think they had a 4th line at some time in the past , which was ceased . Hopefully , all I would need is the code to enter prog mode , and the code to enable the line .
This system also has " lg nortel " written on the cover .

I'm not familiar with this system, but programming can be done via IP.

You need to enable the line, but also obviously re-subscribe too.

You need to set the incoming ring assignment and the outgoing line access.

This seems to show, assuming you have admin password.

The tech manual shows two lines presented to system per RJ45 plug. So you have two cables terminated to the system via RJ45 for the four lines.
