Title: Whiterock access hatch Post by gilbert1234 on Jan 19th, 2022, 1:06pm Hi guys, I have a cafe with Whiterock on one of the walls. There is an access hatch in an awkward position behind a grill which needs to remain an access hatch as it has a fuse board behind it. I have been quoted a lot of money to move the fuse board. The problem is there is no space to have a normal door as it won't open. Is there a product on the market such as a roller shutter or sliding door to gain access? Thanks a lot |
Title: Re: Whiterock access hatch Post by woodsmith on Jan 20th, 2022, 8:43am From what you say it sounds like you just need a removable panel. You can buy plastic access panels but these may be too small. If you need a large panel you could look at using a loft hatch or get a local joiner to make you one. If you want to go to the expense of a tambour door then you could find a kitchen fitter to source one for you. |
