Air Brick - subfloor ventilation

I'm putting an extension on the side of the house and as a result im cover 2 underfloor vents.
can i relocate these onto the existing front of the house by punching holes and installing them?

do you have vents at the back and front if so how many and how wide are the walls

there are 2 at the front and 2 at the back im not at the house just now so could give you exact sizes. do you think there may be enough depending on the size?
