i've tiled a few floors onto concrete/screed/self leveling compound etc but.....
i'm going to do my sisters kitchen, its a concrete floor and she had the old vinyl(ish) yellow coloured tiles you see in lots of newish homes (80's), these have come up with a little elbow grease and a scraper no problem....these were laid onto what looks like some king of black resin which will not come up at all.
can i just unibond onto this first then lay tiles as normal? should i let the unibond dry totally or tile on it whilst tacky? should i unibond and then use self level compound for a beter adesion? (floor doesn't need levelling)
any advice be appreciated thanks
