How do.
1935 build.
1) drilled & filled holes in bricks suggesting wall ties? (no beep on metal detector indicating modern stainless steel wall ties)?
2) regularly spaced short-sectioned repointing. Beep on metal detector indicating old in-place wall ties? Cavity wall fill? Sleeves?
No bulging, no cracking, no damp. Only a cert for wall fill, none for wall ties, none for damp proofing (been done).
Should I worry?
