Hi I have a he30 boiler with a honeywell cm900 stat. I have hot water and no central heating. No fault codes are shown I have the letter c and a flashing led.

From the horses mouth, the C and flashing led means the heating is in standby mode.
Likely problems
Dripping tap.
Stuck diverter valve head
The first you can check and the second best to get an RGI in
