replacing a radiator (Read 5602 times)

wretch GDPR opt-out	replacing a radiator Sep 24^th, 2006, 12:44pm i have removed a radiator to decorate my kitchen.i have a new worcester 30ci combi.can anyone please advise me what to do when i replace the radiator as presumably the water level in the system will be low and what is the procedure for bleeding the rads? best regards wretch

Your looking for a filler loop, or a Tbar key if fitted as an extra.

If it's not a cheap & nasty rad you can put it back in place & connect tails, then (almost) fill the rad from the top using a funnel & piece of hose or suitable old fitting; then wou will have very little to bleed.
