Baxi 105e pressure loss
Oct 17th, 2006, 12:58pm

I have a Baxi 105e boiler 18 months old. Recently started to lose pressure over a period of about a day until it faults due to low pressure/pump problem. When the boiler is firing, it also vents water out of the overflow tube.
When i refill the boiler and reset, there is no problem with the water or heating system until yet again, the pressure drops.
Can anyone offer any advice????

All the signs of the expansion vessel has gone toes up.

release the boiler pressure and check the pre-charge of the vessel, or better still get on to baxi
