I'am thinking of installing a island sink with the worktop and a breakfast bar which we have the space.
How would i go about connecting and the connections needed to the waste underground bearing in mind that the floor will be underfloor heated,concreted then tiled, also how would i run the water services to the unit?
Also the concrete floor has been taken up so will be accessing the water pipe so how far down will that go so i can re-route it?

Hope someone can give recommendations and advice.

Domestic water has to be accessable, in a duct or conduit.

The waste is best run through the subfloor in the the drain externally, I would say a minimum 75 mm plastic is best then convert to 50mm when it exists the floor.

Gas will present its own problems if it applies.

You cannot go down into the floor and come back up again, without giving yourself big problems later.

The picture is this, the outside wall that the sink is on is to be extended by 3m to the rear. So the drain below on the outside wall that the sink water and washer runs into will be in the middle of the new kitchen so i've dug down and along the pipe  to direct it towards and up via a trap to the island with about 1inch above the floor with the reducer on top to connect the 40mm sink waste.
What i will be using is called a 32mm/40mm reducer flexible cost me about a fiver
