Central Heating Pump

Help please,

Im at a friend's house and I think the heating pump's on its way out,
In the "dolls house" they call an airing cupboard Im having trouble seeing what the pump is.

Looks like "multihead 3" but I cant find this online.  If I visit plumbcenter at the weekend will they know what this is or will I have to take it out first?

They decided after all to keep the one they got even though it’s making some funny noises
(I found a little black dial on the end and wacked it up to 3) Roll Eyes
