Em April 1st has gone, and you sound quite serious, I won't say impossible, so convince me  Undecided

best to start with the shower valve make and model, followed by the hot and cold supplies, are they tank fed or mains, do you have a combi or cylinder, and is it unvented or do you have storage tanks.

Whats the main pressure, pressure

It could be you need Mira drop tight pressure reducing valves.

I would be  to ask Mira for any advise.

01224 221221, not sure of the web/email but a simple google should bring it up.

Hi All

Mira have been very helpful this is what there email back:
The reported symptom sounds likely to indicate a failure of the diaphragm within the shower’s internal mechanism, known as the cartridge.  However, there is more than one cartridge available for the Mira 415 and it is imperative that you replace it like-for-like.  Does the control knob on your shower have a red button at some point around its circumference, or is the control knob spring-loaded (i.e. can be pulled away from the body by approximately an inch)?  If it has the red button you will require a black cartridge (part number: 902.55) whereas the spring-loaded version means you need a grey cartridge (part number: 902.91).  Alternatively, please feel free to forward a digital photograph of the shower to this email address by return so that we may identify it that way.
plus the price
thank all
mike
