Baxi solo 2 40PF

The boiler does not fireup :(
Have changed the PCB board, still the same problem.

LED's on PCB panel are as follows when switching boiler on:
Overheat-Off
Boiler on-On
Fan on-On
Pilot on-On
Burner on-Off.
The burner light does not come on & hence the system does not fireup?
There is also a clicking noise present.
Any suggestions before I call the Corgi man & get ready to part with a lot of dosh???

Kevin.

I think you've already answered your question - The manual asks you to check pilot flame height, gas pressure etc etc. I think it's time to call your favorite boiler man.

Typically you should carryout a few electrical tests first.

Earth continuity, polarity, short circuit, check the cables are sound and not trapped in the case, and resistence to earth.

~Does the pilot light.

I will check the cables/wires/earth & polarity this evening.

The pilot does light.
