Baxi 130 He No Hot Water
Jun 1st, 2007, 12:10pm

Hi all,

Looking for a little help.... i have a baxi 130 He combi boiler that wont give hot water unless the heating is on.  i'm getting a fault indication L12 when i ask for hot water. also on first powering on im also getting L8. dont know if this is part of the same fault or just because the heating has been off.

If anyone has a service manual they could email me that would be great.

many thanks to you all in hope of a quick result.

PS. The wife isnt very happy at bath time!

Buck

Hi all,

I managed to by a couple of cd's with the boiler servicing stuff on them, after using the fault finding guide, it pointed out the divertor needed to be replaced. i've done this and all seams ok.

Hi all,

Just to let you all know how the tale ended. after changing the divertor the problem came back, so ended up changring the flow switch. worked for a while then problems started again. ive just changed the Main board and could see some damage on it. Hot water came on straight away! hopefully everything is now sorted.
