I have 2 toshiba laptops that came with MCAFEE INTERNET SECURITY SUITE preloaded.

the months free trial is up and before I renew I amjust looking for reccommends / warnings for antivirus/spyware

it seems to run in background ok but over the course of a month i dont think its reported much if any spyware tho it  does have a siteadvisor thingy wich seeems quite good

Zone alarm is more of a fire wall than an anti-virus or internet security.

If you have a router rather than having your computer directly connected to the internet, I do not really see the point in having a software firewall, let the hardware router do the job.  Having two is good, but software firewalls can be a pain at times when trying to do certain things.

Wife and I currently use Norton Internet Security & Microsoft Windows Defender (free).
