Switching shed lights on from house

Hi Guys, I wasn't sure how to word the subject but basically i'm running a swa cable to my friends shed from the house cu and will fit a two way in the shed for power and lights but he wants to be able to switch the shed lights on from the house. Can you give me the easiest options. I can only think of a second cable back from the shed to incorporate two way switching. Thanks.

I think MK have a new range . Not tried them but see..

Interestingly they say it diesn't need batteries in the switch. Must be powered by induction or something?

They claim a range of 30 meter but watch out for foil covered insulation in walls.

Edit: It says the transmitter switch is powered by your finger operating it.

I saw them promoting the MK stuff when I was at a wholesaler last year, it looked good but I was put off by the idiot that was trying to sell it. He was making claims that it was the only remote switching product on the market etc and could not answer even the most basic questions about the kit Roll Eyes

As for the kit, it seemed pretty good but pricey, from what I can remember.

Thanks for the link guys. I called MK direct re: wireless/batteryless transmitter/receiver thing but it's actually quite expensive, about £60/70 just for the transmitter and the same for the receiver so I think it might be the second cable option for 2 way switching. On the other hand it's not me paying for it and I haven't told my mate the price yet. Apparently the range in an open field is 300mts but is seriously reduced with any obstacles down to 30mts which is about the distance between house and shed so i'm not quite convinced.

I guess the OP did not see that it was more than a "light switch". They could control outside lights, inside lights, pond, garden lights etc and they are expandable.
