hi lads can you guide me with the best and most simple way to work out the demand in a old mill, basically ive been asked to see if the landlord of the mill can reduce the agreed supply of is mill, as the rate of the electricity he is being charged is high and if he can show the max demand he now needs is lower than when the mill was built the unit costs will come down i would say most of the mill is not occupied at the moment there is aprox 7 units let all with a 60amp three phase supplys and out of them units only 3 will be using near that demand the other 4 are only using lighting and and power no machinery there is also 13 other units which only 5 is rentable which i need to take into consideration which as far as im aware 4 have 3 phase 60 amp supplies and one as a single phase supply 60 amp so in simple terms we have

12 x 60 amp 3 phase supplies
1 x 60 amp single phase
3 of them using machines etc

thanks for your quick reply i know the info is a little thin on the ground here for a easy solution but thats all i have at this time ive not been in the sub as the key as not been available so will get in to see if theres a meter i can look at, if not whats these loggers like to fit and where would i go to hire one sounds a good idea if all fails what other info can i get to help on coming up with an idea of demand thanks again lec for your quick responce
