Baxi 105 HE flame failure
Jan 9th, 2010, 4:03pm

Hi
We have developed a problem with our boiler today.  It stopped working and the 30 degree fault light started flashing which is the flame failure or blocked condensate drain.  We have unfrozen the condensate pipe but are still getting the same failure.  It will ignite for 10 seconds then cuts out. It will attempt this 3 times then the fault light will start flashing again and we have to reset it.  We have checked the lead on top of the condensate trap.  Can the cold weather affect PCB or flame detection electrode?

Disconnect the condense pipe and see if you can blow through it.
