hi
i have under floor heating that is not coming on ... there is hot water right up to the motorised valve(honeywell) then a bend to the water regulator (a reliance and set at 3) then to a water circulation pump ... now the motorised valve seems fine (opening and closing) and the pump is spinning so im wondering is it possible the reliance water regulator is faulty or maybe stuck / underfloor heating has been off all summer! .. just trying to give as much info as i can , any help or thoughts would be welcome

Open the valve a few notches and test it.
