Hi can anyone help me please with my combi 80 Eco boiler the problem is the pressure was low so I let more water in now when I turn on boiler the pressure goes up to 4 bar which is in the red area is this a danger & how do I lower the pressure again [IE can I let the extra water out & if so how ]thanks

Bleeding your radiators might be all that is required to lower the pressure. Failing that, you might have a tap on the side of the unit through which you can let out some water.
If that is not the case, do you have a tap on one of your radiators?

I think the real issue is why the pressure goes so high when the boiler is on, and more importantly why the pressure relief valve (safety valve) hasn't opened at 3bar.
The expansion vessel pre-charge needs checking and sorting if duff.
