Hi mate,
If the pressure is being lost even with the heating off, then you obviously need to look at your pressure relief valve. If the pressure is being lost with the heating on, it clearly points to a problem with the expansion vessel and it needs to be pressurized, and also the pipe which connects the pressure vessel to the manifold needs cleaning out.
I should seek advice from a competent and Gas Safe Registered engineer.
