Toilet Cistern

Can anyone tell me what is wrong with my toilet cistern? For some reason it now takes ages to fill. The water seems to trickle out. Thankyou

does the pressure seem normal else where

if its off a tank in the loft it could be crud reaching the ball valve

try pushing the ball valve up and down a bit quickly but gently

Some cisterns have filters on them where the pipe connects to the cistern. Could be that full of scale.
