emberglow bf gas fire

i have an emberglow classic bf gas fire . the gas turned on full flow only barely changes the flame size in the fire.
and it has not always being like this but seems to be getting worse as time goes by. nobody seems to have an answer.

An RGI should be able to check the gas pressures.
Have you had an appliance added recently

10 years is nothing, and there's no guarantee a new one will be ok.
A good RGI would do a test on the gas and give it a service.
Could be a faulty gas meter governor, without testing you'll be wasting your time and money.
