Need help on kitchen taps, oddball ???

Hi all, glad to find this forum !
Just a quick question i'm hoping somebody will know the answer to.
Our kitchen has dual sinks in the worktop, which have a tap that swivels between the two and also a separate mixer/handle part - the actual tap part is broken and i'm looking for a replacement but these seem very hard to find so was wondering if ;
A. Someone could recomend somewhere to buy just the one part ?
B. If a dual hole mixer tap will fit using both holes (about 95mm apart C to C) ?
C. If the is a way to block one hole (but neatly) and use a single hole mixer tap ?
Any help greatly appreciated.

Do you know the make and model? Perhaps we can find one?
Perhaps something like this might work..

although 95mm is a bit close together.

A pic showing the tap/broken part would be a good plan.
