cli going out to the network .
Oct 24th, 2012, 8:54am

I have a customer with a bcm50 . They have been provided with 4 isdn chanels and block of 10 ddi's . They want their main no. to be a ddi which is in the middle of the range ., and I have programed this ,with 4 appearances . The 1st number on the ddi range is the same as the 4 channels provided by BT ,and this  ddi has been assigned to xtn 225.
When xtn 225 makes an outgoing call , his ddi ( and also the main company no. ) are going out to the network . This is causing no end of hassle , and I would like to stop that from happenning , but cannot find it in the programming . Any helpwould be appreciated . Thanks

Think it's known as OLI (outgoing line identity) on the Nortel stuff, should be two settings, public and private, public being the exchange lines.

Should be under [Telephony>System DNs>Line Access table], [Line Access Tab]
