The hot water does not get hot enough is only luke warm. In addition when the hot water is turned on the heating flow gets hot and the overflow is constantly dripping when the boiler is on the pressure gauge is reading upto 3 bar. The heat exchanger has been flushed but to no effect, can anyone suggest anything
