hi guys anyone help plz i have a baxi 105e combi boiler and i wasnt getting any hot water but the central heating was working so i googled it and found it to be the diaphram so stripped the dhw pressure diff valve and changed it and turned on power and reset and it shows a flashing red flame failure do i have to do anything else? help plz

Might sound like a throwaway comment but did you turn the gas off by any chance?
