Hi,
What's the best way of cutting vinyl floor tiles, particularly curves for the bottom of WC pedestals, etc.?

Sharp stanley knife.
Make a paper or card template for any odd cuts.

since the vinyl tiles are quite thin it is sometimes possible to lift the wc and pedestal slightly just enough to slip the tile underneath without any cutting , well ive done this in the past and had no probs.
