I have had smoke from pressure/flow switch? on above boiler,hence blowing fuses.Switch is located on right hand side under expansion vessel?any suggestions chaps.Thanks.

Switch it off and get an RGI sounds a good plan.
Plan B would be to make sure the premium is up to date on the insurance.
