Check out this site:http://www.dymax.com/products/glass/index.php

There are lots of options out there.  This type does say it goes on clear, but I am not exactly sure how clear.  You could give it a test run and see how it works.  From my experience working in as a Dallas handyman, I have found that none of these really go on completely clear.  Best of luck! Bonding Glass
Nov 18th, 2010, 9:56am

Good morning,
Has anyone had any experience on bonding glass to stainless steel, either by UV or by Hp tapes, I am looking for basically an invisible bond therefore silicone isnt an option,...... unless you can get a crystal clear silicone?

any views Ideas most welcome

Steve
