The new employee was fitting into her job well. But she couldn't get used to the bloke who insisted on walking up to her on a daily basis and saying "hmm, your hair smells nice!". And then he walked away again, to come back the next day and repeat the exercise.

She finally got to the point where she had had enough of this situation, so goes to see the HR manager to report a case of sexual harassment.

"But you can't claim sexual harassment when someone is paying you a compliment about how nice your hair smells!" came the quick response.

"I damn well can in this situation - the compliment is being made by George, the midget!".
