Have to admit that at about the time these forums came online I started writing a new software application which is now nearing completion. Won't be of any use to people around these parts because it is a software developers tool.

That explains why I've been on the web quite a bit in recent weeks. I've just booked several days work with a bit more on the horizon so it's not all bad news.

I think you mean the one across the road. Bloody awful place, I wouldn't eat there ever again.

However I'm a member of the lawn bowls and social club right next door to the college and I can get cheap beer in there any day of the week. Oops! I'll have to celebrate on my own because strangers aren't allowed (unless I sign 'em in, and I'm particular about who gets in on my ticket....).

Yes Andrew I did mean THAT pub - its AWFUL aint it, used it once when I was doing my 2391 and shall probably never go in there again.

By the way do you know the Cricketers at Bagshot - where the A30 meets the Bagshot - Bracknell road ? thats another place not worth visiting.

No the lawn bowls club sounds just fine to me, mind you if old SS comes along you will probably have a life ban impossed on you! Only pulling ya leg SS Wink
