One notes the number if threads that get stopped, usually for quite legitimate reasons or are modified by Admin or Moderator. Is it time to produce a wee little Blue or Brown book of regs?

PS. I know, I know SS will reply by telling me that its all covered in the T's & C's. It does seem a bit arbitrary at times.

Or as some call it.
'Terms Of Statuary Service' TOSS for short.
Just as well it's not called the 'terms of statuary service eventually replied' or I'd be forced to moderate myself. Wink
