May 24^th, 2004, 7:08pm One notes the number if threads that get stopped, usually for quite legitimate reasons or are modified by Admin or Moderator. Is it time to produce a wee little Blue or Brown book of regs? Ray PS. I know, I know SS will reply by telling me that its all covered in the T's & C's. It does seem a bit arbitrary at times.
