what tempted me to register was a topic about suppliers.i know we all tend to use the same suppliers and all get our "discounts"  for doing so but,when we (as trades) step out of our proffesion and need to acquire materials not normally associated with our trade ,how do others go about it? i am a brickie cum builder by trade and have just needed to buy certain "over" lenghts of timber for a job.luckily ive found a supplier on the web who is honest and reliable!how about starting a section for (user endorsed) suppliers,who supply "out of the norm" products without taking the pi**?(aka travis rip offs and the builder takers,sorry centre!)
