One thing I would advise being aware of is the amount of heat some of these systems give off. I have worked in houses where the bottom shelves inside the wall cupboards in kitchens, are quite warm due to the pelmet lighting.

This can affect the products stored inside these cupboards.  Ok if it's just cups and plates, but food etc, should not be allowed to get this warm.

Just a thought  Roll Eyes

Many years ago, when I was a student, 6 of us went on a canal holiday - big 70' narrowboat.

One time, there were 5 of us at the stern, and one guy at the pointy end.   We'd just made a brew, and called out to him that tea and choccy biccies were now available.

In the time it took him to get from one end of the boat to the other, 5 of us managed to eat a 400g pack of McVities finest....

Not that it has anything to do with cabinet lighting!

BUT - McVie's Dark Chocolate Homewheat are the mutts nuts in my view. I can do a 'value pack' in 2 days.

mmmmmmmmmmmm!

My brother's was serious chocomonster until the doctor thought he was a heavy drinker due to the state of his liver... the chocolate had hammered it. To give you an idea, people in soho used to come up to him and pat his poskets to see what he was carrying when they wanted to cadge chocolate.... serious stuff  Roll Eyes
