Has the order of online users at the bottom of home page and significance - is it as they sign on?

Actualy im going to stick my neck out and say your all wrong  

It's to do with how active you are, because I have been on and Handymac has been infront of me

The reason you see your name first is because you had to have made the last action to see your name on the first page, That probably doesnt make much sense to you but trust me.

Also you will notice along with your name first, the list of people online goes in order of activity (again) and last on the list (towards right side) are usualy people who are 'afk' away from keyboard.

i cant realy decide, ive given thaught to both ideas in the past but certain things dont add up
like the tally of activity in the forum log dosnt always match the order on the forum
i would say though that its showing you as first on your comp.
and the fact that your sometimes second or so is just a glitch
as i leave my account on over night sometimes and in the morning after a refresh im still first even though there is activity on the forum...

im almost certain tbh, watched if before, problem is the page is only as recent as the last time you clicked back to the home page, and it's only refreshed if you press refresh
